Horary astrology
Prashna (Horary Astrology)
Chart for when and where you ask—not birth. One clear question; optional natal link for dasha contrast.
Horary question
Prashna (horary) reads the sky for the moment and place you ask — one clear question at a time.
- Question moment1Sky at question time, not birth.
- Houses12Ascendant from your location when asking.
- Classical planets7Seven grahas plus Rahu and Ketu weighed.
Prashna is question-focused Jyotish: a chart is cast for the moment and place you ask, not only for your birth chart. Use it when a decision is urgent and your birth time is secondary to the sincerity of the question. Enter what you are asking, where you are located, and optionally link a natal profile for contrast. The reader inspects prashna-specific factors and can compare against your natal dasha when relevant. This is guidance, not medical, legal or financial advice—bring a clear question and treat the answer as one input among your own judgment.

FAQ
Prashna questions
What is Prashna?
Prashna (horary) reads the sky at the question time. Classical texts use it when the recorded birth details are weak or the matter is immediate.
Do I need my birth chart?
No, but linking a natal profile can add context when the session allows contrast with your birth dasha.
Why does location matter?
The ascendant and houses depend on where you are when you ask. Use the city you are in at question time.
What questions work best?
Specific, sincere questions with a time horizon—lost objects, travel timing, negotiations—not vague curiosity.
Is Prashna deterministic?
Charts describe tendencies and windows. Outcomes still depend on action, ethics and other factors outside astrology.
